Motto Motto is on a running streak, just signing its first franchisees for New South Wales only weeks after announcing a further two restaurant openings at Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and Marrickville Metro in Sydney, all within the first six months of this year.

New South Wales franchisees Trang Tran and Ajay Shrkar will operate the Castle Towers outlet as Motto Motto’s latest recruits to the Japanese restaurant chain.

Chief operating officer Matt Fickling said, “Trang and Ajay bring a new level of sophistication to franchising at Motto Motto, being experienced operators with a food background and having a love of premium dining. We are super excited for them to become part of Motto Motto’s inner sanctum.

“Like our name, meaning more, we know Trang and Ajay will bring more passion,  more value and more smiles to our guests at Castle Towers.”

Ajay Shrkar and Trang Tran are excited to get started, saying “We feel very lucky to have joined Motto Motto as early franchise partners, we can see they have a recipe for success, and we can’t wait to introduce more people at Castle Towers to our  delicious ramen, rice and curry dishes.”

This partnership kicks off franchising in New South Wales, which began in Queensland last year.

In November last year the brand’s first franchisees Frank Jiang, Linda Zhang, Jason Yan and Brandon Choi opened the doors to their Westfield Carindale, Brisbane restaurant.
