If doing business your way is top of mind, then a new concept launching at the Sydney expo will be one to catch.

The Start Your Own Business workshop is designed for anyone wanting to build on their own business idea.

The two-hour Saturday session offering advice on business ownership, how to get started and what you need to know to take the leap.

Topics covered include business registration, legal and council requirements, insurance, market research, and creating a business plan.

A $25 cost for the workshop includes entry to the expo; you will need to book for this event.
