Toowoomba franchisees have been named Pack & Send’s Australian Franchisee of the Year at the company’s annual conference in Darling Harbour’s Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney.

Franchisees Darren and Aarjaun Johnson survived the 2010/2011 Queensland floods when the Toowoomba store interior turned into a raging river. As multi unit owners of the Toowoomba and Sumner outlets, the pair turned around their business, surpassing expectations, increasing sales, and showing an unfaltering commitment to excellence in customer service.

Pack & Send also acknowledged another 19 top performers within its Australian network of over 100 service centres.

Recognition was awarded for the demonstration of excellence in franchisees’ businesses over the last 12 months for areas including sales, leadership in business or going beyond the call of duty for customers by living the Pack & Send ‘No Limits’ philosophy.
