Still time to nominate Top 30 Franchise Executives

ifbadmin

There are a host of high performing franchise executives who deserve a good rap, so now it’s time to step up and give them a shout out.

The Top 30 Franchise Executives report, sponsored by BlueRock, is an initiative that celebrates brilliant and inspiring performance in the franchise sector. It’s about recognising outstanding executives who go above and beyond for their franchisees.

So we’re looking for the best of the best, and need your help.

You can nominate yourself, a colleague or a fellow franchisor. Nominees can engage daily with franchisees in frontline roles (for instance field managers, trainers, development managers, operations managers, support staff) or set and implement strategy that improves franchisee efficiencies and profitability (such as marketing and communications executives, general managers, CEOs).

What is crucial is that each executive is able to showcase a positive impact on franchisees’ businesses and on franchising in general.

The inaugural Top 30 Franchise Executives report in 2019 showcased inspiring individuals whose optimised their roles as state manager, franchise founder, field support manager, marketer, employee relations manager, operating office, recruitment manager, MD or CEO to boost franchisee performance.

Among the winners, Natalie Brennan of Muffin Break, Jason Smith at Back In Motion, Hire A Hubbby’s Brendan Green,  Stephen Duggan from MBCM Strata Specialists and Arthur McColl at Collective Wellness Group were ranked as the top five executives.
