Collins Foods get new MD and chairman

Collins Foods, which operates 172 KFC and 26 Sizzler company owned restaurants in Australia, has made some changes at board level.

Robert Kaye has been appointed independent, non-executive chairman, replacing Russell Tate who steps down due to other professional commitments but remains a non-executive director.

Graham Maxwell , the CEO since 2014, now takes on the managing director’s role.

In addition to its interests in KFC and Sizzler, including 61 Sizzler outlets across Asia, the Brisbane-based Collins Foods owns 50 percent of Snag Stand, which has one franchise and six company owned outlets.
