International franchise Chatime, which launched Australian “T-Breweries” in 2009, now offers delivery in some areas.

“Delivery is available mostly in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth CBD and nearby suburbs, plus food centric suburbs such as Chatswood and Parramatta (New South Wales),” said Marilla Dann, head of marketing, Chatime Australia.

“Delivery will be available via Foodora through 28 T-Breweries where Foodora have coverage.

“We have also identified 4 other T-Breweries and partnered with UberEATS to deliver in those catchment areas,” she added.

Chatime told Inside Franchise Business that franchisees are required to pay the negotiated service fee charged by the service providers. And the brand is interested in expanding its delivery offering.

“We would love to offer delivery across our full network of 75 T-Breweries but are restricted by the delivery coverage offered by the delivery services at this point in time,” said Dann.
