Sal Vance, recruitment and leasing manager, said the brand is gearing up for 50 new franchises in the next 12 months.

The initial investment of a franchise ranges from $180,000 – $220,000 for a turn key model including all fees, equipment, training and fit out costs. Sites are selected based on demand, population and territories which do not negatively impact incoming or existing franchisees.

“We have quite a big recruitment process and are looking for quality franchisees,” she said.

Vance said ideal candidates have the right attitude, work ethic and morals, and understand the value of a brand and working within a team.
