Anytime Fitness Australia, part of the worldÕs largest 24 hour co-ed fitness franchise, has celebrated two award wins recently.

The first was the Topfranchise Awards, www.topfranchise.com.au, an award which surveys over 1,000 franchisees across Australia and benchmarks franchisors against average industry performance across seven categories.

Anytime Fitness made the top 10 list for Australia, coming in at number seven. As a result, the business was part of a top 10 franchise feature on Channel Nine’s ÔA Current AffairÕ in September. Click here to view.

The second gong was Smart Company Smart50 Awards, which recognises Australia’s fastest growing companies changing the business landscape, where Anytime Fitness Australia again debuted at number seven.

Justin McDonell and his sister Jacinta McDonell Jimenez launched the highly successful USA franchise into Australia in 2008.

McDonell told Franchising, “ItÕs great to achieve such recognition in the business world, itÕs a great reward for our team and all their hard work. ItÕs also a great benchmark for our systems and support, and allows us to draw comparisons with other businesses and ensure weÕre always striving to improve and be the best we can.”
