Another business model is the relaxed Huxtaburger Backyard featuring a pop-up food container and beer-garden seating. The focus is on alcohol, entertainment and an organic approach to the outdoor dining experience.

Of course there is also the traditional restaurant that started the ball rolling, the classic Huxtaburger restaurant.
