Hungry Jack’s breaks online training record

Australia’s Hungry Jack’s franchise has smashed standard online training statistics with 1.5 million staff tests completed and over 7 million questions answered in its e-Learning platform over three months.

Hungry Jack’s uses the ‘JEDI’ training platform as its official communications, human resources and training tool. Its key features include live reporting capabilities that allow franchisees to track their staff members’ training progress, online recruitment and appraisals and communication tools such as a live forum, image gallery, event scheduler and company information.

“All levels within the business can access up-to-the-minute training and our OH&S feature offers monthly Safety Modules that improve our staff members’ awareness, promote a positive culture and will improve work practices within the business,” said Tammy Ryder, national training manager for Hungry Jack’s.

According to Ryder, an average of 8,000 staff per week visit the site to access training, forums, notices, surveys and to enter competitions.

The JEDI system was developed with Superior Service, an Australian online communications provider.
