Healthcare workers get discount offer for Quest Apartment Hotels

One hotel apartment chain has unveiled a special offer for Australia’s health care workers during the coronavirus crisis. 

Quest Apartment Hotels has launched a purpose-built online booking service Quest Healthcare Assist. This will provide healthcare workers and companies the chance to self-isolate in self-contained apartments at heavily discounted rates.

There are hundreds of key locations around the country participating in this new deal, which helps healthcare workers and provides franchisees’ with some revenue.

Quest Apartment Hotels COO, David Mansfield said the web app is designed to provide doctors and nurses in particular with somewhere safe and convenient to self-isolate between long shifts. 

“Australia’s healthcare professionals are doing an outstanding job, working on the frontline to help treat people affected by coronavirus and flatten the curve.”

Mansfield pointed out “These people are often needing to self-isolate between shifts in order to protect their own loved ones and communities – it’s an enormous sacrifice they’re making so we wanted to do something to help.”

Healthcare workers taking up the accommodation offer will have other online services at their fingertips including Room Service Powered by Deliveroo and the Quest Pantry Service for groceries.

Quest has also joined forces with a mindfulness app to give healthcare professionals who book with the healthcare app a free two month subscription. 

Bloom, an Australian-made and owned start-up company, features a variety of online tools including guided meditation, a dedicated sleep section and resources to help people check-in with their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
