The Coffee Club recently marked the launch of its new drive-thru concept with the opening of a new store at Tingalpa in Brisbane’s east.

The new drive-thru reflects the brand’s desire to keep up with customer demand, and it is situated in an area that experiences a high level of commuter traffic.

The Coffee Club’s group CEO, Jason Ball said the drive-thru forms part of the company’s ongoing effort to modernise its offering.

“With more Australian customers wanting quick service and a convenient coffee on the go, the introduction of our first drive-thru is very timely. We are focused on reinvigorating our store designs to meet the changing needs of our customer.”

He added it will provide customers with greater flexibility as they can opt to either dine-in or on-the-go.

“The inside cafe will offer customers the choice to have a sit down experience while the drive-thru offers them a fast and convenient service from 6am everyday.”

The outlet’s cafŽ component offers The Coffee Club’s recently refreshed cafŽ menu, meanwhile the drive-thru features its own menu which is designed around meals that can be consumed on-the-go and served quickly.

“A dedicated team of experienced drive-thru professionals have been recruited who have undertaken four weeks of formal Coffee Club training. We’re all very excited to introduce customers to the new store,” said Ball.

The Coffee Club has plans to continue to expand its network by the end of the year, and is expected to have 279 stores nationally by the end of December.
