Boost Juice clocks up 300th store

Australian-based global fruit juice franchise, Boost Juice has recently achieved a company milestone with the opening of its 300th store in Kent, England.

The new store is the UK’s 15th, making it one of the franchise’s most successful territories outside of Australia.

It is located in the Bluewater Centre, which is situated approximately 60kms from London, and employs a team of 15 staff.

The first Boost Juice opened its doors in Adelaide in 2000 and Janine Allis, founder and executive director of Boost Juice’s parent company, Retail Zoo is thrilled by the brand’s growth over the past 13 years.

She is quick to recognise the efforts of Boost’s UK partner, Dawn O’Sullivan, and it seems there are plans to continue to increase the brand’s presence across the country.

“[Dawn] and her team have done an amazing job spreading the Boost word throughout England, and I could not be more thrilled that we celebrate this opening with this great partner,” Allis said.

“The UK (and Aussie expats) has embraced the Boost Juice concept and our partner plans to open 50 sites throughout the region. UK, like most of Europe, has had its economic challenges over the last few years, so it is a real credit to Dawn that the business is thriving under her leadership.”

Retail Zoo, which encompasses not only Boost Juice but the Salsa’s Fresh Mex and CIBO Espresso franchises, plans to open three new retail stores per month.

The company anticipates its network will comprise 380 stores by the end of 2013.
