Award-winning Kwik Kopy franchisee opens another store

Sarah Stowe

Kwik Kopy expands its store footprint with another new outlet opening at Shellharbour in New South Wales, headed up by multi-unit franchisee and born-and-bred local Suzan Lindsey.

The centre will provide design and printing services for local businesses including graphic design, branding, stationery, poster printing, signage and large format printing, and catalogue printing.

Suzan also owns, with her husband Paul, the award-winning Kwik Kopy Five Dock in Sydney and the couple co-own Kwik Kopy Coburg in Melbourne.

While Paul commutes to Sydney every day to run Kwik Kopy Five Dock, Suzan saw an opportunity to open a Kwik Kopy centre close to home and will operate the new store with her son Daymein joining her to work on the production side.

Suzan says growing the business by opening another store is testament to the strength of the franchise network.

“Kwik Kopy’s support is next level. It’s really like a family because they look after you. I know we are in great hands. Combine that with Kwik Kopy’s fantastic brand and I couldn’t find a reason not to do it!”

One thing that sets the Shellharbour store apart is the centre’s sophisticated digital printing press which can print metallic and fluoro colours; it is the only one of its kind in the Illawarra region.

The couple know that the key to ongoing success is top-class customer service.

“Our job is to make life really easy for our customers. That means fast turnaround times on print jobs and quotes, as well as guidance along the way on how to prepare artwork and how to get the best results. Our goal is to ensure our customers always have a great experience with us,” says Suzan.
