Leading consulting firm DC Strategy has announced the appointment of Robert Graham as new group managing director. Graham will be based in the consultancy’s Melbourne office and responsible for expanding the range of advisory services for DC Strategy’s Australian and international clients.

Commenting on the appointment, DC Strategy executive director Rod Young said “Robert has an outstanding track record of strategic innovation and superior business performance at board and executive levels. He knows franchising very well and, as a former solicitor, will also add substantial understanding and value to the DC Strategy Legal business.

Graham has more than 30 years experience in the banking and finance, legal and franchising industries. In his most most recent role as CEO and director for RAMS Financial Group he oversaw a repositioning of company strategy and performance.

“Graham is a passionate leader with a strong reputation for delivery and integrity and he possesses the ability to align stakeholders and inspire teams to support change and growth programs. His experience in financial services businesses, franchised businesses and distribution channels compliments his unique blend of strategic, operational and legal skills.
