7-Eleven Australia’s expansion continues in Western Australia, with the state’s first fuel store opening in Midvale. A plan to expand the number to 75 Western Australian stores has been announced as a five-year target.

A second 7-Eleven fuel store opened in the suburb of Malaga on 30 June 2015. This expansion now brings the number of stores in Western Australia to seven since the brand launched into the market on 30 October 2014.

The fuel stores will offer consumers premium Mobil brand fuels, which is in addition to $1 coffee, slurpees, Krispy Kremes, money transfer services, fresh food and other services.

General manager of operations Natalie Dalbo 7-Eleven is thrilled to be able to offer Western Australian consumers the choice of Mobil branded fuels.

“As Australia’s first choice in convenience, we are always focused on providing customers with a market leading offer.  Mobil’s reputation for quality fuels is longstanding, and introducing these fuel products into Western Australia will ensure we continue to provide an outstanding offer to our customers,” Dalbo said.

Dalbo said that with the help of committed franchisees, 7-Eleven’s expansion has been well-received and well-executed.

“The retail offer we provide delivered by the fantastic Franchisees who provide our customers with an outstanding customer experience, has meant that our launch into Western Australia has been even more successful than anticipated,” Dalbo said.
