Hairhouse Warehouse – a franchise growing in style

While there are many consumer trends that come and go, it is evident that hair care is not one of them. Employing over 1000 staff in more than 120 stores nationwide, the Hairhouse Warehouse formula has proven to be successful and profitable, time and again.

“People will always need haircuts and hair care products, which is why we have been able to grow as quickly as we have,” says Arthur Mitroulas, general manager of Hairhouse Warehouse. Built on the extensive business experience and hair_dressing expertise of its founders Tony Lattouf and Joseph Lattouf, Hairhouse Warehouse is currently AustraliaÕs fastest growing brand in hair care and beauty.

As part of its extensive marketing strategy, Hairhouse Warehouse has engaged Erika Heynatz as its Style Ambassador, a first for the company since its inception 18 years ago. The fashion model, actor and singer extraordinaire was chosen as the Hairhouse Warehouse ambassador because of her natural style.

“We took the view that our customers would relate to someone who is held in such high esteem in the fashion industry and Erika truly made the cut, so to speak.

“We envision that Erika will assist in educating our customers about professional hair care. Ultimately, Erika will help us to continue to build even greater awareness and credibility, which will be a huge benefit for both our brand and each of our individual franchises,” says Mitroulas.

Providing a comprehensive range of professional hair care products from leading brands, in addition to an in-store salon and beauty service that includes a nail bar, tanning, body piercing and waxing, Hairhouse Warehouse offers multiple revenue streams to its franchisees.

This year Hairhouse Warehouse has strong plans for growth and within the next five years aims to expand to 250 stores.

“We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, hard working and passionate about helping grow Hairhouse Warehouse across Australia. No hairdressing experience is required to open a store, however a willingness to delve into the professional hair care and beauty industry is definitely a plus,” says Mitroulas.

Hairhouse Warehouse offers extensive support to franchisees including training, national advertising support and Local Area Marketing (LAM). Hairhouse Warehouse also has a support centre including marketing, operations, buying, franchising, IT and finance departments.

Hairhouse Warehouse often secures prime sites for new franchises, making the process of opening a new store fast and uncomplicated.
