There are many computer service franchises available in Australia, while it is true that most (if not all of them) focus on residential and small business clients our main differentiator is that we have a nationally recognisable brand and a very strong focus on systems that delivers a business model that works with or without the business owner.

Our target market is medium and small-medium businesses.

There are some industry sectors that are more likely prospects than others such as manufacturing and financial services however we do not focus on any one particular sector. The advantage of targeting businesses is that by doing so there is significantly more repeat business than there would be say in the residential market. There is a strong focus in Australia Wide I.T. to build very strong and long term relationships with our customers.

Many franchise systems can seem unbalanced and charge a fee just for providing a lead for a new prospective customer. Australia Wide I.T. is different, the franchisee only pays fees on income already collected, in systems where you pay a set amount per lead you may find yourself paying for leads that you never convert to a customer. With Australia Wide I.T. you only pay fees after you receive payment from your customers.

Our Franchise Support includes intensive one-on-one startup training and regular group training from time to time and as needed. Because we only collect fees based on income produced we have a vested interest in making your business as successful as possible.

As the Australia Wide I.T. group grows we are committed to providing secure tech rooms and meeting rooms in every capital city. The Australia Wide I.T. tech rooms will offer state of the art facilities and tools for computer repairs, the tech rooms will be available to all AWIT franchisees and their employees free of charge.

You will be able to ‘rent’ a tech room for a specific amount of time (from hours to days), during your rental you are free to use the room and it’s facilities to perform ‘in-house’ computer repairs and assemblies etc. During your rental time you will have exclusive use of the room and you will have secured 24 hour access to it. When a room is rented nobody else will be able to access the room (including AWIT head office staff).

In addition to our exclusive tech rooms we are also committed to providing meeting rooms and conference facilities in each capital city for the exclusive use of Australia Wide I.T. franchisees and their staff. These facilities will be similar to the tech rooms in that they will be able to be booked in advance and will be provided free of charge.

We operate at least one franchise-type operation ourselves and plan to have one operational territory in each capital city operated by ourselves. This exposes us directly to the same issues and problems faced by independent franchise owners and enables us to react quickly to market changes.

As each territory is based around postcode boundaries the presence of a ‘company owned’ franchise will not present any additional competition to independent franchise operators. Each of the company owned franchises are treated in exactly the same way as the independents including the requirement to follow all policies and procedures as detailed in the operations manual and the payment of franchise fees etc.
