German-born Ralf Barschow is the new owner, franchisor and CEO of property photography franchise, Top Snap International.

Despite the internal changes, the company’s 29 franchised territories across Australia and New Zealand will continue to be managed via the existing head office in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

Barschow plans to bring new creative ideas to the table, and there will an inherent focus on evolving in line with technological advancements.

“It gives me a great pleasure and incredible honour to have become the owner and an active part of this exciting company,” Barschow said.

“From a small base and a mere concept in 2004 followed by a transition into a franchise business model in 2007 it has now become an established and a leading professional property photography franchise network across Australia and New Zealand.” 

Barschow has over 30 years’ experience in management, where he worked for a number of international companies in countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Liechtenstein, USA, Switzerland and Australia.
