Franchise recruitment can be a challenge, even when franchise systems are fortunate to have an excess of franchise enquiries. At some stage in the process of recruiting, the potential franchisee will be asked for an interview.

This is an opportunity for the franchisor to really find out more about the individual and their motivations.
