10 THOUSAND FEET review franchise systems with staying power

Sarah Stowe

Market research agency, 10 THOUSAND FEET, is running its next survey with results to be revealed in the first quarter of 2009. This is the second such independent research, ranking the top 10 franchise systems according to the response of current franchisees.

Ian Krawitz, Head of Intelligence, said, “The beginning of a new calendar year is traditionally a time when a large number of people are looking for work or a change in direction. The timing of the update is perfect to provide the latest information on who the best franchisors are in this economic climate and provide franchisors with quality candidates.”

Not only will the survey show the strength of franchise systems in todayÕs struggling economy, but it will also act as a guide to potential new franchisees looking to make a sound business investment, according to Krawitz.

“At a time where individuals are being made redundant and are tired of having their destiny in other peopleÕs hands, we expect that investing redundancy packages into a franchised business has the potential to become very popular, as it did in the last economic downturn,” Krawitz said.

“In tough economic environments, people do their homework and make sure that they choose the option that is going to provide them with the best and most stable deal. This is the strength of topfranchise.com.au.”
