Salsa’s Fresh Mex moves into Richmond

Mexican food franchise, Salsa’s Fresh Mex, has expanded its network, opening a new company-owned outlet in Bridge Road, Richmond.

With 24 outlets across the country, 18 of which are franchised, Richmond’s new standalone location has a menu comprising burritos, nachos and tacos combined with salsas, fresh guacamole and a range of sauces.

“This bustling street was calling out for a place to sit back and enjoy some downtime. And what better way to wash down your burrito or taco down than with a cheeky margarita before heading back to the daily grind,” Salsa’s executive director, Janine Allis said.

“As a company we also pride ourselves on engaging with diners on a grass-roots level and we look forward to becoming an active member of the local community. In fact, SalsaÕs Richmond will employ more than 15 local staff, and where possible, we will source ingredients locally.”

Salsa’s Fresh Mex plans to sign another ten leases in the next financial year with a major focus on expanding the model in Western Australia, NSW and Queensland.
