Red Rooster adds 30 minute delivery guarantee

Red Rooster is today launching a guaranteed 30 minute delivery on online orders.

The guarantee will be available for a limited time only.

If the half hour deadline is missed, customers will receive a voucher code for a free whole roast chicken to redeem on their next online order.

Red Rooster has been operating its own delivery system for more than two years and this initiative is designed to boost customer awareness of the service.

CEO Nick Keenan said “We put this guarantee out to Aussies quite confidently. After almost five decades, the operations and methods for Red Rooster have been perfected to ensure that our iconic roast chicken food offering is cooked and out the door in record time. This takes the pressure off our delivery drivers but still ensures that our customers get their food within half an hour.”

Keenan told Inside Franchise Business “All restaurants that offer delivery will be participating in the 30 minute delivery guarantee.  This represents about 70 per cent of our Australia-wide Red Rooster network. What’s so special and different about Red Rooster Delivery is the fact that it’s our baby, our platform.  Every delivery driver in our network is an employee of Red Rooster.”
