NZ’s The Coffee Guy to Australia

Another mobile coffee brand will be launching in Australia when The Coffee Guy expands across the Tasman Sea as early as next month.

The business in New Zealand has more than 50 mobile vans, two drive-through stores and one stand-alone kiosk, and was recently acquired by The Retail Food Group.

The Coffee Guy operations manager Jo Mansfield said “There is definitely a gap in the Australian market for an innovative low entry cost, high quality mobile coffee franchise.

“The Coffee Guy’s vans are specially designed to be cost efficient for operators, with a gas powered engine making for a quiet van with no fumes and greater energy saving benefits.

“We believe that with this innovative van design and the strength of support offered by RFG there is room for over 20 mobile coffee vans across Australia,” said Mansfield.

The Coffee Guy vans specialise in a weekday corporate service with event sales at the weekends.
