Franchise chain NightOwl Convenience has teamed up with milk and dairy supplier Parmalat for a summer promotion offering prizes worth almost $20,000. From 20 September until November 14, NightOwl Convenience customers can be in the running to win an outdoor BBQ kitchen worth $8990.

There are also eight weekly prizes of a Sony Bravia 32” full HD LCD TV, worth more than $1099 each.

NightOwl marketing manager Grant Peck said the promotion will be the franchise retail chainÕs third major prize giveaway for 2010.

“Earlier this year we gave away a Harley Davidson to one lucky North Queensland man and then a jet ski package to an adventure-seeking Brisbane grandmother. We want to encourage our customers to have fun when they shop with NightOwl Convenience and our latest promotion will certainly do that,” he said.

NightOwl Convenience customers purchase any two participating Parmalat flavoured milk drinks from the local store, then SMS the store code found on the instore entry form and the last four digits of two product barcodes and their name and postcode.

NightOwl and its franchisees operate 61 stores across Australia, employing more than 550 casual and full-time staff. The first NightOwl Convenience store was opened in 1975 and the business was then franchised in 1986.
