You’ll never forget your first: Hotondo Homes tagline targets young buyers

Hotondo Homes has launched an online marketing campaign to spread the word about its new series of affordable home designs, the Milestone Range, aimed at young first home buyers.

Jodie Flower, Hotondo Homes national marketing manager, said the marketing campaign to support the new range has a fresh look and a cheeky tagline ‘You’ll never forget your first’.

“We have used Instagram style photos and a subtle sense of humour to appeal to the first home buyer demographic,” said Flower.

“The campaign revolves around how life is a series of first experiences. Some first experiences are remembered fondly, and others you may prefer to forget.

“Everyone has first experiences, and your first home experience is one that needs to be remembered for all the right reasons,” she said.

“Building your first home can seem daunting, but we’re here to make it easy and stress free, which is what our three step process is all about.”

THE 3 STEP PROCESS

Haymes Paint colour consultant Wendy Rennie created four colour schemes:

  1. Urban Style uses bold, trendy colours
  2. Simple Living features white on white
  3. Home Comforts has warm relaxing hues,
  4. Natural Selection showcases earthy tones.

The home designs have been created to reflect narrower and smaller blocks of land, with five single and three double storey designs to suit the modern lifestyle.
