The Worldwide Online Printing franchise has launched the new generation OPM2 package, after investing almost $800,000 into its development.

According to Worldwide Online CEO, Donald MacKenzie, the new OPM2 package will transform the way mid-size and national organisations manage branded material, from print to promotional items and branded workwear.

“We’ve developed a package that can help businesses dramatically reduce the time and costs involved in managing print materials, and at the same time help marketing teams achieve greater control over their brand,” he said.

OPM2 gives businesses access to their own online catalogues, with every artwork template in the catalogue created to strict branding guidelines. To place an order, the user selects an item, completes variable fields and views an online proof if needed, specifies quantity and places the order.

A number of business chains including Jim’s Bookkeeping, Action Coaching and Civic Video have embraced the new package.

John Birse, national divisional franchisor for Jim’s Bookkeeping, said “By the time one of our franchisees is ready to order a print item, everything, including artwork, printing specifications and costs have been approved by the franchisor. It means there’s no need to go back and forth to get necessary sign-offs and there’s virtually no room for error.”

The OPM2 package includes different levels of user access and fixed pricing, which helps organisations to manage spending and predict future costs. It can be branded to match an organisation’s corporate identity and provides support to users, including interactive online training videos, DVDs and manuals.
