Members of Healthy Inspirations franchises on the Gold Coast will be walking in circles in order to raise money for cancer research at this yearÕs Relay for Life, in Tweed Heads. The international event, held on 10 November, involves an overnight 18-hour relay, portraying the message, Ôcancer never sleepsÕ.

Healthy Inspirations were the first to sign up three teams for the event and will be holding information sessions covering body awareness, healthy eating and cancer prevention tips.

NSW Cancer Council spokesperson, Kay Redshaw, said, “We are amazed by the response of Healthy Inspirations members who have embraced this event wholeheartedly and hope that other members of the public are just as supportive.”

In order to raise funds for the event Healthy Inspirations The Pines is holding a charity auction. “We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of local business that have donated items for the auction,” said Danielle Edwards, manager of Healthy Inspirations The Pines.
