Gary and Adriana Woodgate, Fisher & Paykel Customer Care franchisees, have been named the Franchise Council of Australia Franchisee of the Year (Western Australian chapter) in the category for two staff or less. The FCA award was presented at a gala dinner at the Burswood Casino in Perth.

Fisher & Paykel franchise business representative in WA/SA, Shay Scott, said “It’s difficult to find candidates who are motivated enough to contribute to their community and professional enough to maintain the high standards of Fisher & Paykel’s Customer Care service.

“Gary and Adriana were nominated as they are the perfect fit for Customer Care franchising and represent Fisher & Paykel flawlessly,” he added.

The pair are involved in school and sports team sponsorships, as well as go-ahead marketing initiatives.

Gary has owned and operated his business for 12 years and said support from the company had been instrumental.

“We have bi-monthly meetings where we can discuss any issues or concerns with Fisher & Paykel management.”

The award-winning pair were also named national franchisee for Fisher & Paykel for the second year in a row.
