U.S. ‘bio-hack’ franchise opens in Victoria
OsteoStrong, the bone health franchise backed by celebrity speaker Tony Robbins has opened the doors to its maiden Australian studio, following successful expansion across the U.S., Sweden and Spain.
The Victorian master centre is located at 85 Riversdale Road in Hawthorn and marks the first of the brand’s proposed 30 Australian sites, with locations in Adelaide, Sydney and Canberra set to open after Christmas.
Perry Eckart, OsteoStrong Australia and New Zealand managing director said the brand was excited to finally open the Hawthorn centre following its announcement at the Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within tour earlier this year.
“The response has been really amazing. People get the concept very quickly and can see the business potential and understand that this is an opportunity to help thousands of people,” Eckart told Inside Franchise Business.
“With an ageing population and more sedentary, less active teenagers, the next decade will see enormous opportunities for highly time efficient businesses like OsteoStrong to help thousands of people.”
Eckart also indicated that the Hawthorn location will serve as the training centre for all Australian operations moving forward.
“Late in 2019 our training centre in Hawthorn will become certified and all Australasian training will be conducted there.”
As the brand gears up for capital-city representation, regional and rural areas will become a major target for OsteoStrong, with growth strategies already in place.
“In addition to fixed centres we are also looking for operators of Mobile Centres which will operate from modified Jayco RV vans. These mobile facilities will service retirement villages and communities, corporate business centres and inaccessible country areas where fixed centres may not be feasible,” Eckart said.
“The next few years are going to be very exciting and a huge opportunity for early franchise adopters to get in while the best territories are available across Australia.”
