Top Snap partners with Snaploader

Top Snap has formed a strategic partnership with software application and mobile app, Snaploader.

The app is designed to provide smartphone users with information about a property of interest to them, including the floor plan and agent details – all they need to do is capture an image of the property from an advertisement, signboard or brochure for the information to appear.

It can also be used to link print advertising and online campaigns, and enables agents to communicate with people who have captured images of the properties they have listed, as well as analyse relevant statistics and data.

“At Snaploader we are always looking for alliances with companies who are on the forefront of introducing cutting edge technologies to their clients,” said Snaploader founder and CEO, Eric Fink.

“Over and above Top Snap’s appetite for the most innovative technologies, we see strong synergies between the quality of the content that Top Snap creates and Snaploader as the vehicle to deliver that content.”

The move is a sign of the times – according to research by Top Snap, smartphone penetration is now over 80 percent, and more searches to property websites are conducted using mobile phones than computers.

Ralf Barschow, owner & CEO of at Top Snap explained its important businesses develop their own mobile strategy.

“The statistics are compelling and for agencies that do not have a mobile strategy in place, Snaploader needs to be a part of their marketing process to get more listings.

“We are delighted with this alliance as it gives our active data base of nearly 4,000 agents a head start in the market place,” he added.
