The Coffee Club vies for HR award

Sarah Stowe

The Coffee Club, part of the Minor DKL Food Group, is one of six companies to make it into the final of the Best Learning and Development Program category at this year’s Australian HR awards.

And in sibling franchise brand Ribs and Rumps, HR advisor Emma Anderson has been nominated for the HR Rising Star of the Year Award in recognition for her pivotal role in the introduction of a comprehensive recruitment platform.

The Best Learning and Development Program award nomination recognises The Coffee Club’s ongoing commitment to updating and improving the business’s current training program. It is also a nod to the team’s dedication to ‘excellence and innovation in training and development programs and initiatives’.

KFC Australia and Sofitel and Melbourne on Collins are other franchised companies represented in the awards.

  • The Minor DKL Food Group is the franchisor of The Coffee Club, Ribs and Rumps, The Groove Train and Coffee Hit franchise systems.
