Souvlakihut has appointed a new senior operations resource to help manage the franchise’s expansion.

To aid expansion, oversee growth and re-structure distribution channels, John Portarianos has been recruited as an operations manager of the company, which has 27 franchises across the country.

“John has a strong logistics and supply chain background, and he adopts the same mindset as us when it comes to business growth,” says John Fotiadis, co-founder of Souvlakihut.

Speaking of his new role, Portarianos said, “Souvlakihut is an exciting business to be involved with and I feel like it’s on the cusp of developing into a huge franchise opportunity.”

“This role is new to the business, and my aim is to establish myself quickly and look at ways I can add value and achieve fast growth.”
