Steinhoff International has opened a new store that combines two of its most well known brands – bedding franchise Snooze and homewares specialist Freedom.

Situated at Sydney’s Supa Centa in Moore Park, this is the first ever concept store to combine the two brands in Australia.

The store is complete with bedding, furniture and homewares collections, affording customers the opportunity to access everything they need for their homes under the one roof.

Snooze’s exclusive bedMATCH system, where customers are presented with a selection of mattresses based on their personal needs, as well as its bedBUILDER tool, which allows customers to create their ideal bed, are both available at the new store.

“We’re thrilled to be adding this joint venture to our portfolio of over 70 stores,” said Snooze’s managing director, Simon Beaty.

“In combining Snooze’s expertise in bedding, with Freedom’s in furniture and homewares, customers can now shop for all areas of the home in the one easy location.”

He added the two brands would continue to operate separately, however additional joint stores could be on the cards.

“This is the only concept store we have planned for the foreseeable future, but we are open to exploring new territories if it is right for our customers.”
