The results are in for topfranchise.com.au’s bi-annual review of the satisfaction levels of Australian franchisees and for the second survey running, Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisors has come out on top.

In the last two years, topfranchise has surveyed over 2,000 franchisees from over 65 systems, taking into account seven different indicators of satisfaction: renewal, recommendation, rewards, lifestyle, passion, support and opportunities.

Taking out the number one position, Smartline has, in the last 12 months, grown its network from 140 advisors to more than 200 advisors by acquiring West Australia’s Mortgage Force.

Undergoing a number of improvements since the last survey, Mortgage Choice was ranked second and has had seven times the number of new franchisees starting in the business this financial year compared to last, and their overall satisfaction rating increasing by 22 per cent.

New entrants to the top 10 included Snap-on Tools had the second most passionate franchisees, again behind Smartline.
