Six Snap franchises get new CEO

A franchised group of six Snap print centres with a strong corporate client base has a new CEO, Richard Cook. Formally known as CBD Print the six outlets are in O’Connell St, Sydney; Pyrmont NSW; Gordon NSW; Westpac Copy Centre, Sydney; Martin Place, Sydney; and Docklands, Victoria.

Snap CEO Stephen Edwards said Cook has already replaced Mike Palmer who had stepped down as managing director of these Snap Centres.

“Richard has an outstanding track record for leadership, demonstrated through his ten years’ experience as managing director at a major UK marketing services and consumer products company,” Edwards said.

Online innovation and customer service were the focus of his UK experience and Edwards expects these skills to be valuable to Snap.

Edwards said these centres have several substantial print contracts and the contribution of outgoing managing director, Mike Palmer, had put them in a strong position.

“Mike has left these ventures to pursue other interests but will still have a financial stake in the company,” Edwards said.
