SIGNWAVE opens doors to new store in Brisbane

Gordon Simmonds has become the latest franchisee in the SIGNWAVE enterprise, opening up shop in Brisbane. Simmonds decided to convert his previous Evolve Graphics design and branding company to a SIGNWAVE franchise after being impressed with the sophisticated sales and marketing programs in place.

Simmonds said, “The SIGNWAVE concept thrives on the goal of making the sign and graphics buying experience simple for the customer.”

He added, “Thanks to innovative ideas and state-of-the art technology, our experts can create and deliver high-quality and quick turn around alternatives for local businesses and organisations, whether they need one sign or a thousand.”

Simmonds was also sold when he realised the effective support system that was in place for new and established franchisees. Andrew McKay, general manager of SIGNWAVE, said that care is taken to choose appropriate franchisees and support them throughout.

“We have a focus on franchisee selection, that requires diligence in both the criteria and people who wish to become involved with the SIGNWAVE brand.”

He continued, “Apart from the obvious requirement to keep our brand strong and a duty of care to protect our existing franchiseeÕs investment, we need to ensure that new franchisees have the best chance of success. We are not in the business of setting people up to fail.”
