The $25 million dollar Quest Wodonga property has been officially opened by the Victorian Minister for Planning the Hon. Matthew Guy.

Andrew Weisz, general manager – locations, Quest Serviced Apartments, said the region’s successful business conditions were ripe for the accommodation development.

“The Albury/Wodonga region is in the process of undergoing a multi-million dollar redevelopment across the next two years, this combined with the 8000 businesses already in the area means there is a huge demand for our style of accommodation.”

Located in the centre of Wodonga and adjacent to an eating and drinking hub, Huon Hill, the property features 80 brand new studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments, a gym, pool, business lounge, and conference room.

The property will be run by franchisees Noel and Madeleine Wood and Jason and Natasha Callewaert.
