Paul Constantinou, chairman of accommodation franchise business Quest Serviced Apartments, has been awarded an ACES (Attitude, Commitment, Enthusiasm and Service) Award at the HMAA Awards for Excellence 2010.

An industry veteran, Constantinou revolutionised business accommodation with the establishment of Quest Serviced Apartments more than 20 years ago. Since opening the first Quest property in Fitzroy, Melbourne in 1988, the brand has grown to become the largest serviced apartment provider in Australasia with more than 125 properties in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
