Quest at Breakfast Creek: 150th property

Quest Serviced Apartments reached 150 properties in its accommodation portfolio when it opened the doors to its Breakfast Creek venue mid November.

Paul Constantinou, chairman of the franchised group, said “Our expansion plans are ambitious. This will be our 150th property, one of 11 we are opening this financial year across Australasia. Breakfast Creek is a thriving hub, on the verge of the ever expanding city fringe and the growing industrial centre that skirts Brisbane Airport.”

Franchisee Jenny O’Reilly has taken the reins of the newest property and believes the location is perfect to attract Quest’s core customer, the business traveller.

“The inner north is the hotspot for Brisbane’s development. We are seeing growth in the airport’s business park and the CBD is spreading north. We know there is a shortage of quality accommodation in the area.”

Before the end of the 2012/13 financial year there are property openings planned across Australia in Adelaide, Frankston, Rockhampton and Wodonga, and for Highbrook in New Zealand.
