Pack & Send set for international expansion

Sarah Stowe

Australian retail logistics service provider, Pack & Send, has announced the overseas launch of the company to the UK and NZ. The master franchisee agreement will see the establishment of up to 300 international Pack & Send stores fill a niche market in the multi-billion dollar logistics sector, reinforcing the importance of a global logistics solution for consumers.

The introduction of e-commerce has contributed to the growth of Pack & Send over the past 10 years. “ItÕs one thing being able to purchase goods from all over the globe [but] itÕs another finding the means of transporting them, both nationally and internationally,” said Pack & Send founder and ceo, Michael Paul.

Paul continued, “The past 10 years have seen a relatively high proportion of Pack & SendÕs freight jobs exported to the UK and New Zealand, so it was only natural for us to extend the development of our retail network in these countries.”

Franchise operations in Canada, Singapore and Europe are now also being considered. “Our vision is to establish a global footprint of Pack & Send stores. We have registered our trademark in over 50 countries throughout the world,” said Paul.
