Michael Paul, CEO, said that 15 new franchises are set to open in the next 12 months, with eight being resales.

“We have expansion plans mainly in metropolitan areas across the country, with a focus on Melbourne and Sydney,” he said.

Since the brand’s introduction of automated online self-service parcel delivery system (PowerSender) with the eBay website, Pack & Send has seen a jump in sales.

“We’ve seen the number of sales increase by 24 percent since PowerSender was implemented,” said Paul.

The platform assists eBay sellers in calculating courier costs, listing and printing labels for international and domestic parcel shipments, and is part of the franchise model.

A Pack & Send franchise costs an initial investment ranging from $150,000- $200,000 inclusive of licence, IT, marketing, store fit out, equipment and working capital.
