AustraliaÕs sign and graphics franchisor SIGNWAVE, has implemented a new support model with a committed team of staff. Andrew McKay is now the general manager, Brendan Jamieson has been named franchise business consultant and Helen Spencer takes on the role of franchise development. To add to this change, the SIGNWAVE corporate headquarters has also relocated from Sydney to Melbourne.

Susan Last, chief operating officer, said, “The primary reason for this change is to provide the SIGNWAVE franchisees with knowledgable individuals that have practical, hands-on experience in the sign and graphics industry.

“Andrew, Brendan and Helen bring extensive sign and graphics experience to SIGNWAVE and will offer our franchisees fresh ideas and concepts on how to run their business.”

McKay and Jamieson both have more than 20 years experience in the sign industry and Spencer has worked for one of the countryÕs leading digital imaging companies, so there is no doubt that their wealth of experience will be an asset to SIGNWAVE.

McKay said of his new role, “I see a unique opportunity to build and grow a national sign network from an established and reputable base. By harnessing collective efforts and skills from the new management team and working alongside our franchisee partners, my objective is to build a unified network under one brand that can service Australia on a true national basis.”
