New QLD operations manager for Domino’s

Domino’s Queensland has appointed a new corporate operations manager, Cameron Toomey, who will oversee the operation of the pizza franchise’s 43 corporate stores across the state.

Toomey has been part of the franchise system for four years, previously holding the positions of franchise operations accountant and marketing analyst, and has been the recipient of the Corporate Services Team Member of the Year award as well as the Franchise Operations Team Member of the Year award.

But his franchising experience didn’t start at Domino’s with Toomey completing 15 years at McDonald’s, first working in-store then climbing the ladder and working in varous corporate operations positions.

Toomey said he will be combining all of his previous experiences from both McDonald’s and Domino’s in his new role.

“My most recent experiences as accountant and marketing analyst have seen me identifying areas for opportunity for franchisees and Domino’s stores.

“I’m excited to move back into the operations side of things to be able to not just identify opportunities for stores, but action them and see opportunities turn into successes,” he said.

Queensland boasts the largest number of corporate Domino’s stores of any state.
