Narellan Pools has restructured its management team to allow further overseas and domestic expansion, with Western Australia a new target for the pool building business.

Under the company’s new structure, former Narellan Pools franchise general manager, Andrew Latta, has been appointed group general manager, expanding his portfolio to include both domestic markets and manufacturing, Glen Chiswell has been recruited as manufacturing operations manager and Edwina Griffin will work as national business development manager.

Group managing director and owner Chris Meyer said “Due to the ever-changing market, Narellan Pools Group is undergoing a period of significant growth across all aspects of the business; placing increased pressure on the local, international and manufacturing arms of our operation.

“Over the past 12 months, Narellan Pools’ sales have consistently exceeded targets, with the first half of 2014, our most successful yet.

“This, coupled with the growing enquiries from New Zealand, the South Pacific, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Oman presents an exciting opportunity for the Narellan Pools Group to cement its position as a great Australian success story,” he said.

During this period of considerable growth, Meyer will turn his attention to innovation and international growth, while Latta manages domestic operations.

“As the company launches its franchise businesses in the West Australian market and franchise territories across the Eastern seaboard continue to grow, Andrew Latta will be closely supported by Edwina Griffin in the development and management of our strong franchise network,” Meyer said.

Chiswell will manage the upturn in the manufacturing as it works to support the company’s aggressive growth.

Meyer said “Our unparalleled manufacturing process is central to our success and Glen Chiswell’s 15 year history in manufacturing and operational management allows us to continue our unparalleled quality during a period of exponential growth."

The new company structure is effective immediately.
