Xpresso Mobile CafŽ is expanding nationally; recruiting 10 franchisees by this time next year and another 10 by mid-2018.

Although metropolitan sites are being targeted, Jonathan Payne, managing director, said regional centres can sometimes be even better due to comparatively less competition in those areas.

The mobile coffee franchise has also invested in electronic and pre-order options so customers can buy in bulk from loyalty rewards.

“We now offer each and every franchisee their own app to electronically connect with customers,” he said.

“We’re also looking to move further into the lunch space,” added Payne.

Although food options are a part of the model, more suppliers are being introduced to the model.

The initial investment for a turnkey model, inclusive of the Mercedes Benz van is $122,000 + GST. Marketing and head office support is part of the model with a weekly franchise fee.

Need finance options?

The option of joining with the initial fee of $49,500 including GST is also available, where franchises are able to make a weekly rental cost payment over five years. These fees are tax deductible.
