Leadership and disruption have gone hand in hand for high performing CEO Stephen Duggan at MBCM Strata Specialists.

Duggan was ranked fourth in the Top 30 Franchise Executives report for 2019 which reviewed individual performance including leadership, franchise citizenship and innovation.

Duggan looked overseas to evaluate market changes and corporate responses before embarking on a five year plan for the niche business.

He saw the need to disrupt the decades-old established firm, achieved franchisee buy-in, and initiatied significant financial savings for clients.
