Inside Franchise Business: Laser Clinics Australia WA expansionAustralia’s most experienced provider of laser hair removal, skin treatments and cosmetic injections, Laser Clinics Australia have announced expansion plans for Western Australia.

The franchise is currently seeking partners who are passionate about the health and beauty industry, have a drive for business leadership and a customer-centric focus to help pioneer the move to the Western state.

“We are proud to be investing in business, training and employment in Western Australia,” says Laser Clinics Australia CEO Anthea Muir, “We are now actively looking for franchise partners for this region. We are seeking partners that are passionate, willing to learn and who want to grow with our business as we continue to expand. Above all, we want our franchise partners to be as dedicated as we are to providing our clients with the highest-quality aesthetic treatments.”

Laser Clinics Australia has experienced steady growth since opening a decade ago, winning top franchise at Smart Company’s Smart 50 awards, thanks primarily to their unique 50/50 partnership model.

The model significantly reduces start-up costs, with an initial investment of $350,000, securing the franchisee a ready-made clinic with the promise of a guaranteed $100,000 remuneration package for the managing director of the clinic from day one.

The expansion reflects Australia’s growing interest in cosmetic procedures, with spending on minimal or non-invasive procedures estimated to have reached the $1 billion mark for the first time.

Laser Clinics Australia franchisee, Angela Rogan opened her first Laser Clinic at Cairns Central in June 2017 to great success, “Australians are very savvy and want the latest beauty and lifestyle treatments,” says Rogan, “We were able to bring affordable services to the area and were the first to offer cosmetic injections, laser hair removal and skin treatments at the one location, with accessible pricing.”

The franchise offers a range of treatments and services including laser hair removal, cosmetic injectables, skin treatments and complementary products, and perform more than 2.7 million treatments annually.

In addition to its dedicated team of franchisees, Laser Clinics Australia is also backed by a team of approximately 135 experienced doctors and nurses who help ensure the provision of safe, affordable treatments to clients and the maintenance of high clinical standards.

In 2018, global investment firm KKR acquired a majority stake in Laser Clinics Australia, and with its support, the brand is even better equipped to grow, enhance the quality of their services and continue to improve their proposition to women and men across Australia.
