Which hotel business is recruiting franchisees? 

Quest Apartment Hotels is gearing up for growth in Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria.

“We’ve been in quite a growth cycle for a while,” said David Ridgeway, general manager franchise operations.

He said sites in Midland and Inaloo (Western Australia), Springfield (Queensland) and Victoria are available this year.

The initial investment ranges from $1million to $3million depending on the number of rooms and size of the property. Support is twofold:

• Local support: access to a franchise relationships manager who acts as a mentor, as well as an area sales manager.

• National support: marketing, HR, finance and legal.
