Hairhouse Warehouse awards franchisees

Sarah Stowe

Hairhouse Warehouse has named its Franchisees of the Year as multi-unit franchisees Tim and Rebecca Arriola. The couple has taken the award for the second year in a row, a first in the history of Hairhouse Warehouse. The Arriolas have three South Australian stores in Tea Tree Plaza, Colonnades and Rundle Mall, and plan to expand even further this year at AdelaideÕs Harbour Town.

In addition to the award, the couple received a $7,000 voucher to spend on any hair event or education course of their choice.

More than 200 guests attended the national conference, including franchisees, support centre staff, guest speakers, suppliers and special guests — including model-turned-singer Erika Heynatz.

The event also acknowledged the best performing Hairhouse Warehouse stores in a range of categories including the best Customer Service of the Year and the Salon of the Year Award. The conference is an integral part of Hairhouse WarehouseÕs innovative training and development program, which aims to provide ongoing training and support to each franchise.
